This BBQ rub is a great example of Texas BBQ! Inspired by the big Texan bbq joints. This beefy BBQ seasoning is fantastic on brisket, short ribs, and steaks, but can be applied to anything you like. Its also great on lamb, chicken, and grilled veget ables.
