Yates Lime & Dolomite Soil Improver Granules contains a special 3 in 1 blend of lime, dolomite lime and molasses. It helps increase soil pH, making it more alkaline. Raising the pH of acidic soils promotes better access to nutrients for most plants. Increasing soil pH also promotes pink hydrangea flowers. The addition of molasses helps improve soil structure by providing food for beneficial soil microorganisms. Lime is rich in calcium which helps reduce the chance of tomatoes developing blossom end rot. Dolomite lime contains magnesium, which boosts fruit quality and encourages healthy green plant growth. The granules are easy to handle and apply, making them less messy and dusty than traditional lime and dolomite powders.
